Easy-Laser® D160 BTA Digital is a new tool that makes it possible to align belt driven machines
quick and easy with a digital readout and precision, displayed on a separate hand held unit.
The tool is attached in a few seconds, and you can easily read the result continuously in live. With one setup you can read
parallel and angular misalignment for both Vertical and Horizontal position at the same time.
The Easy-Laser® D160 detector unit can also be connected to our standard D279 display unit
(used for shaft alignment) for fully documentation possibilities.

Worlds first Ex approved tool for sheave/pulley alignment.
Easy-Laser® D130 BTA Ex is a new intrinsically safe tool which now makes it possible to align sheaves/pulleys with laser precision and speed also in potentially explosive areas.
Easy-Laser® is the only laser alignment product manufacturer who can provide a such a tool approved in accordance to both ATEX and IECEx regulations.
The tool is attached in a few seconds, and you can easily see the laser line projected on the targets.
When the line lies in the slots of the targets, the machine is in the right position. The result is a fast, precise alignment.
When aligning with the Easy-Laser® D130 BTA you reduce the wear on sheaves/pulleys, belts, bearings and seals as well as reducing vibration.
Increased efficiency also means large energy cost savings. All together large cost savings which means that the Easy-Laser® D130 BTA will repay itself very quickly, thus because it doesn't cost much more than an average belt package.

Next step for Damalini AB.
The 26th of August 1996 the development of the first Easy-Laser® systems started. "I already then had a strong belief that we in the Easy-Laser® team would be successful within the measurement and alignment technique on the international market. Now after 10 years the success story is a fact with regards to the technique, products and satisfied users", says Nils Andersson, founder of the company. He continues:
"To secure the ownership and the management to enable a continuing development of our staff at Damalini AB, our cooperative partners, distributors and suppliers, I and the rest of Damalini have decided to sell all the shares to Indutrade AB. With the financial strength that Indutrade gives there are great possibilities for Damalini AB to double the turnover in 2-3 years."
New Managing Director of Damalini AB will be Anders Edenhammar, who has been working as Marketing Manager of the company for the last years. Former MD Nils Andersson will continue to work as Senior Technical advisor at the development department of Damalini AB and will now of course get more time to find innovative solutions for measurement and alignment applications.

D505/D525 Upgrade
System D505 now has the BTA Digital program as standard.
With this change, all programs for alignment of rotating machines are now available in one and the same display unit/system.
As before, the geometry programs can be found in system D525, for those who want a complete package with even more options
for measurements of all types. But even here there have been changes.
Four "new" programs have been added to system D525:
Straightness Plus, Center of Circle Plus, Half Circle Plus and Parallelism Plus. So what does this "plus"mean?
Well, now it is possible to add, remove or remeasure measurement points whenever and wherever you like on the object.
This also means that you do not state in advance how many points are to be measured, or where on the object they are.
This is done gradually, as the measurement progresses.
When you are measuring/aligning diaphragms in a turbine, the first
and last bearing position can be measured, for example, to create references. Then an optional diaphragm can be adjusted in.
Please note that the "usual" versions of the programs still exist, as certain types of measurements are easier to perform with
them.

New system D150 BTA Digital 2
For simple, quick alignment of belt drives.
EasyLaser® BTA Digital2 is attached in a few seconds (magnets) with the laser transmitter on one of the sheaves and
the detector on the other.
The transmitter generates a laser plane parallel to
the reference sheave. The detector reads the position in relation to the laser plane and
provides a live digital display of both offset and angular value.
This makes the alignment of the adjustable machine very simple.
The accuracy of the digital readout also means that you can align within prescribed tolerances and rely on the result.
